I’m an Customer Support professional at CAL Consult
Hi, I am Ruben van Loenen 22 years old and I work at CAL Consult Ede as a Customer support professional. I mainly deal with issue solving and 1st line coordination. I am working here for 2 years and this is my first job. My previous education was in light and sound so I had no experience in logistics or software. Nevertheless, CAL consult offers me the support and the opportunity to develop myself in this field.
The work environment is great and it is always pleasant in our support department with my colleagues. Every problem we receive is different from the other and that is what makes my work challenging. Problems are never the same and our method of analyzing and the path to solve them is also different every time. I learn something new every day and I keep developing myself.
As a custom support professional, I keep in touch with the customer about their processes. This was initially a challenge for me because of the language (German) that is spoken but CAL consult also provides the opportunity to learn. So I get all the support I need and I make a difference at CAL consult.
