I'm Creating a 13-Homestead Village in the Mountains of West Virginia:

Why West Virginia?

> 4 seasons

> high elevation

> best air

> running water+wells+rain, flood-proof

> Laws are the most friendly for this project.

It's either here or Alaska or outside the USA for me.

But I love the Appalachian Mountains.

The spirit of Mama is so strong here.

I love to travel & download the Gaia Data for each BioRegion.

It feels good as fuck.

You should take a drive through the Blue Ridge Parkway - it's stunning.

This is where there was one of the highest density of giant populations.

Driving thru these mountains, there are massive walls of megalithic brick just sitting there.

Looks like petrified wood but it's clearly bricks.

Shit's wild if you have eyes to see.

I love that shit.

I soaked up a ton of info in my time in the Sonoran Desert.

White Sands to Phoenix, I looked upon the land.

There are straight PYRAMIDS around there.

Barely covered in petrified stuff & sand, but clearly straight up pyramids.

I could point them out to any skeptic & after 3 or 4 times they'd be like, ok yeah, those are pyramids.

I love to be alive.

There will be 13 homesteads/households, each inhabited by a Family unit.

Each household or homestead has 12 neighbors, or disciples - peers to learn/teach with.

So, we all simultaneously exalt & follow one another, collectively.

No one living here will be without a family <3

Each house, which can be made of logs, hemp, cob, shipping containers, wood, yurt-style, metal, glass, etc. will feature one of each of the following:

- rainwater collection system, well, or river water collection system

- solar/wind/geothermal/hydroelectric energy generation system

- septic or composting or outhouse style toilet system

This means that if any of the major functions break for one of the houses, there are 12 backups that a family can rely on until things are fixed.

I see us owning land on the top & side of a mountain range, so things can be fairly spread out, made of different materials at different locations, with each home's exact features based on the micro-environment.

And then there will be collective systems such as:

- tree houses everywhere

- a real life winky wonka's podcast factory where there is solar powered energy and coworking space for folks to use the satellite internet

- a 12 ft wooden solid wall around the entire village w/ 3 entrances/exits that have a mediary buffer territory. this wall is topped w/ solar panels that will power the willy wonka podcast factory coworking space

--- one exit leads to has a couple acres of rustic camping for RVs, tents, and teepees. So both guests & community members can go on camping trips in a safe convenient area. Beyond those fenced in camping acres is wilderness. youre on your own out there!!

--- one exit leads to the agricultural sector, a fenced in area where there is pens of animal & plant friends. I think each homestead gets their own plot here and I think there will be no killing of animals, just harvesting milk/eggs/wool & using them to graze the crops as needed & using their pee/poop as fertilizer & feeding them the waste products from the plant harvests. I am debating whether to allow homesteads to keep animals that they butcher? And then beyond this fenced in area is the wilderness

--- one exit leads to a visitor's area building where outsiders are screened before entering.

I think we need folks who like to patrol at night, they can hang out on top of the walls and kick it.. i think that's what nocturnal folks are for haha... so the rest of us can sleep peacefully :))
