I’m Changing my name…….

As I was saying last article ... I've been quiet over the past few months, contemplating, and undergoing a deep restructuring of my business.?

The feedback I have from my students, and from my private practice clients has AMAZED me. They keep encouraging me to teach more people, so we can create more support, for more people in our communities.

?I feel so excited, and inspired?with what I do, and I am passionate about sharing?this way of working with as many existing, and new practitioners, as I possibly can.?

My focus has been on my work, rather than my marketing. Yet, I know that its only with Marketing that I get to COMMUNICATE my message in this world of information overload!

Through this process of feeling into what I want to share, I came to a realisation that I need to re-name, and re-package what I have to offer ...

So, Rapid Core Healing is now Rapid Core Shift!

For me, this has been HUGE!?

'Healing' describes less of what Rapid Core is ... as the nature of this work, involves resolving stress, trauma, and the old ways that no longer serve you, when we do this ... we facilitate our clients self-healing processes - rather than 'healing' them.?

The fundamental premise in Rapid Core Shift is that you are not broken - therefore, a?practitioner cannot 'heal you'. Whilst this may sound like semantics, I know deeply the power of words, and the vibration that they carry ... So, change I must!

I offer and advocate a practice, that includes the philosophy that we are all part of the ‘crazy normal’. And the human condition is not a pathology, and we can resolve disturbances and create a SHIFT fast.

Further, I have discovered in over 20 years of practice that human resilience is paramount.?We do have the capacity for change, self-healing and growth with appropriate, up-to-date therapeutic approaches.

This means that more people have a ‘go to’ place in their local community, for brief, effective help, that they may access through the ups and downs?in their life, which is NORMAL. Not ABNORMAL ...?as the present medical model would have us believe, where people who are struggling through the ups and downs, sadness’s, injustices or trauma’s and crossroads in life are frequently labelled,?and given little hope of recovery :(

Labels that stay for life on their medical record and frequently require medication to manage symptoms.?The medical model has not moved with the innovations and neuroscience of our times, in re-forming or adapting new theory and practice.

Rapid Core shift bridges the gaps between Psychotherapy and Coaching. By working with an issue from the systemic, and also the personal aspects, in one triple modality in a fluid way that facilitates self-healing in only a few sessions for complex issues.?
