I'm celebrating 25 years with Dell Technologies

As I reflect on this milestone, I can't help but think about circumstances, opportunities and perseverance as key levers in this journey that has spanned more than two decades. All the people I've learned from and that have inspired me to be my best self.

How it all started

During my postgraduate studies, although I had no connection to Dell, I already admired it and included the company as an example in many of my cases. ?

Two years later, a classmate, who worked for an executive recruiting firm, called me with the news: Dell was going to start operations in the country. Naturally, she thought of me. I applied to the company and was hired. And that’s how I went through the pre-launch phase of Dell in Brazil.

It is these same qualities that I want to continue to harness and promote.

Today, technology is already considered an essential service for the continuity of society (circumstance), and Dell's strength and reach enable us to democratize access to technology (opportunity). From creating solutions that transform the public sector and benefit populations across diverse areas, to improving the customer experience in the private sector, to empowering people with digital skills.

The team's commitment to reimagining that future is what has allowed us to go further and better (perseverance).

We've been in business for 40 years and we've never been more optimistic about the future and technology's ability to drive human progress.
