I'm biased...these are the best inclusive leadership trainers

UPS has partnered with Delta Concepts Consulting since 2013 to help our leaders understand unconscious bias. Scott Horton worked with our Diversity & Inclusion and Human Resources team and developed four hour sessions that began with our C-suite and cascaded down across the globe. Since 2015, I've had the incredible opportunity of continuing this partnership with Scott and his team of facilitators.

We believe that our inclusive leadership educational sessions at UPS are best served working in conjunction with D&I experts like the ones pictured above - and our participant feedback continues to validates this decision.

Driving a more inclusive work environment is certainly not done through training alone; it is just one of UPS's many ways of fostering both diversity and inclusion.

As 2019 winds down, I am excited about the opportunity for the year ahead to continue to work with the best professionals in the industry to help UPS grow and innovate by embracing the dynamics of different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives..

If your organization -- whether 4 employees or 480,000 employees like UPS -- is looking to mitigate bias and build more inclusive leaders, I'm happy to share our experience with Delta Concepts Consulting. After all, sometimes bias is a good thing.
