Sorry to be Captain Obvious, but the cost of living has increased, and more people than ever are struggling to keep their heads above water.??
This means salary increases are CRUCIAL – can shareholder profits be sacrificed in order for employers to support their people when it’s most needed??
Ignoring this could seriously damage your employer brand long term, and therefore your ability to recruit.?
We are already seeing businesses that haven’t followed the trend of salary increases lose their status as ‘employer of choice’ and are struggling to attract the talent they think they deserve.?
If this is relatable, please stop listing your salary as ‘competitive’, just list the salary you are offering.?
Anything else is a huge waste of time for all involved.??
