Did you read the note in the pic above? If not, take a sec and give it a read. Make no mistake, it's handwritten. I double-checked. I mean, who does that? So, as I'm sure you're starting to gather, it's had an impact on me.
I couldn't tell you definitively why I received the letter. I believe it's because of the feedback I provided on my purchases, the good and the bad, that helped make the products I like even better. This leads me to the point of this story. My voice was heard, I influenced change, and I was shown true appreciation from the brand. What!?! In this day and age as companies become more detached from their audience, Hill City has been the exception. Putting the customer's voice in the forefront of the conversation. Seriously, when was the last time you felt appreciated by a brand? Or when did a brand genuinely take your feedback on a product and act on it? If it's been a while, do yourself a favor, check them out. Become part of the community, and have a voice. They really are so much more than a men's focused premium brand.
