Danielle Suprick, MSIOP is a Workplace Engineer, blending engineering and I/O Psychology to design processes and share tools for training and development / leadership development. With over a decade of experience in engineering and manufacturing she is helping to bring back the people side of things to the industry.

The Feelings Wheel is a tool that helps individuals and teams identify and articulate their emotions more effectively. Emotional intelligence is a key took to creating inclusive and empathetic workplaces. Understanding your own feelings can help you better understand those of your colleagues, allowing for a smoother path forward when it comes to conflict resolution, de-escalation, and building a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
