(Illegal?) Whistleblower Blacklisting

Many whistleblowers suspect that they are blacklisted, but rarely does OFFICIAL written evidence like this show up!

An International School of Geneva whistleblower received this data after her legal insurance had been unilaterally cancelled. This was after untold alleged 'anomalies' in yet another judicial aspect of this tentacular case which has apparently led to records being held in several jurisdictions.

The document says 'légale' and the whistleblower claims that lawyers have either been unwilling or unable to independently represent her and that she has been denied the right to a fair trial in at least the Geneva judiciary. However, she feels that 'blacklisting' has extended well beyond denial to right to legal representation and justice:

Profiling: Evidence exists of false profiling, including to other employers;

Work: Alleged anomalous mistreatment in FOUR Geneva private schools, including three allegedly unjustified dismissals - in spite of impeccable references & testimonials;

Medical Data: Forced and seemingly corrupt psychiatric evaluations, including one with the unauthorised presence of a 'luxury goods expert';

Anomalous (even according to the insurance ombudsman) procurations from employer medical insurance companies (one even solicited medical data from a doctor knowing full well that the whistleblower had refused to sign their procuration - which seemed to include accessing personal data from everywhere);

Geneva state trying to force whistleblower to meet state doctor, who then called doctor without procuration;

Union representation: Unilaterally cut;

Unemployment benefits: Alleged irregularities;

Pensions: Alleged irregularities;

Victim support: None, even after interventions by VS (Victim Support) Europe, VS Switzerland & others;

Justice rights: None. You can be prosecuted INSTEAD of your criminal complaints and CRIMINALISED by prosecutors and judges you have never met.

You can be denied the right to appeal - because of your standing as a whistleblower!

Safety rights: Apparently, none;

Data rights: Apparently, none.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. Although some of these & numerous further allegations fall under the Swiss Criminal Code, the whistleblower is waiting for responses from the Geneva Judiciary to numerous criminal complaints dating back to 2013, apparently referred by the Geneva Police, the London Metropolitan Police & the Federal Police & Audit Office! These allegations of corrupt psychiatric reports (which turn up in court proceedings after being shared without authorisation), unjustified dismissals, stalker harassment, fraud, threats of imprisonment, prevention from working, financial and psychological draining; dehumanisation and SLAPP proceedings seem far removed from the mission of ?'Educating students to be global citizens with the courage and capacity to create a just and joyful tomorrow together.' No wonder the International School of Geneva hasn't seemed keen for its community to know how it apparently uses its resources, which also include a court challenge which resulted in the school being deemed to fail to respect its own child protection policy in verdict JTPH/439/2021.
