"I'll be sending your speaking agreement later today..."

I work really, really hard. I enjoy it, even. I think it's hardwired into me - I don't know how to do anything halfway. And yet, I love it when things get to be easy.?I had one of those "easy" moments this week.

My team and I have been working hard all summer pitching our clients to get on the right stages to grow their businesses, and the invitations are starting to roll in for 2025.?Last week, I met a conference organizer who wanted to speak to literally all of my speakers. Yes, all of them!?

I tried not to get too excited as I made introductions and helped my clients schedule their times to interview with the organizer.?And then one after the other, all week, I heard back after each meeting: "She'll be sending me a speaker agreement later today."?

She has one last meeting with one of my speakers today, so I'm hoping they'll all be booked.

Pretty cool, huh?

The even more exciting thing: this is an event that will get my speakers in front of several hundred business owners and executives with companies of all sizes - from small business to large enterprise.?In one single weekend in January, my clients will see major impact to their businesses. They'll make great connections and get in front of several hundred of their ideal clients with just one talk.?

So this Friday morning, I'm taking a moment to enjoy the fact that sometimes, it gets to be easy for my speakers, and for me!
