The SRA now requires all firms, which do not already hold such information, to submit a questionnaire outlining how they are complying with the UK's financial sanctions regime. The window to provide this info is open from 2 - 31 May.?

Our ILFM Interest Rates Guide 2023 is?HERE?(free to all members). Under the SRA Accounts Rules, law firms are required to account to clients or third parties for a "fair sum" of interest on any client money held by them on their behalf (unless written agreement with client or third party).
