iland Partner Win of the Week: Arkitech makes the case for DRaaS

An accomplished law firm in California specializing in trial practice, litigation, and business counseling was looking for a new DR solution to replace their current one as it was nearing end of life and would have required significant investment to upgrade.?

With Veeam at a colocation, they were able to do offsite backups but were unable to test for DR. With a one-man IT team, the customer needed a DRaaS solution that was easy to use and manage, and most importantly, simple to test. The Arkitech Group identified that the customer would be a great fit for iland Secure Cloud DRaaS with Veeam.

iland was brought in for a demo and presented the solution to the law firm. They were taken away by iland’s Autopilot Managed Recovery service that includes white-glove onboarding, fully managed testing, and detailed documentation and expertise around all the necessary components of a DR solution. Ultimately, working as a team with the Arkitech Group and Intellisys, we were able to close this deal to help the customer upgrade to iland DRaaS with Veeam.?
