Il Il Shin Rule number three: Daily meditation

The third rule of Il Il Shin is daily meditation. While there are many methods to practice meditation, I am happy to share a simple and powerful meditation that you all could start right away. First off, everyone should start meditating at night and finish when they wake up. Meditating before bed slows your brain waves, leading to more restful sleep. You go to sleep, and when you wake up, you complete the meditation. It's not about the time but the continuous meditation from night to morning. The more you do it, the more you'll need it in your life—I promise.
Here's the real benefit... For your nighttime meditation, ask, "If today was my last day, how did I live?" Did you fulfill promises, say "I love you" to those you care about? If not, commit to making things right in the morning. This reflection holds you accountable and ensures you're living the life you choose.
In the morning, ask, "If today is my last day, how do I choose to spend it?" This question sets you up for a meaningful day, valuing every moment.
Imagine how great your life will be when you follow this practice. I’ve shared it with many clients, and they’re all embracing it wonderfully. I've added these questions to my daily meditation and love the clarity it brings. Try it, and let us know how it goes. Happy meditating!
