Il Il Shin Rule #10: The Power of Mindful Eating

Well, it’s been a wonderful journey taking you all through the 10 rules of Il Il Shin. ?Special thank you to Grandmaster BM Kim for sharing his knowledge and these valuable insights. ?Here is the last one, so enjoy and apply…????.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to rush through meals without a second thought. But when we slow down and approach eating with mindfulness, everything changes.

Being present and intentional with our meals allows us to truly appreciate the food we’re ingesting. By eating slowly and paying attention to each bite, our body can better digest the food, and we give our minds the time to register when we are full. This simple shift can eliminate overeating and leave us feeling nourished, not stuffed.

Take a moment. Savor your food. Your body will thank you.

Excellent series share! Thank you, sir! ??
