In the entrepreneurial space, I've noticed that the true difference makers have been on a quest to discover their own unique purpose, a reason for being that the Japanese call "Ikigai." It's that sweet spot where what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for, converge. Today, I want to share with you how my own journey of uncovering my Ikigai has not only transformed my life but also allowed me the profound privilege of helping others find theirs.

My entrepreneurial path has contained a mixture of passion and uncertainty. Like many of you, I dreamed of creating something meaningful, something that would leave a mark on the world. Yet, it was not until I dove deep into the concept of Ikigai that I truly understood the direction I was meant to take. This realization didn't come overnight. It was the result of countless years of introspection, learning hard lessons, seeking coaching and other guidance, experimenting, and most importantly, ultimately, serving others. By finding a "lane" in the commercial real estate investing space, I discovered an opportunity to work within my natural ability set.

This is a key recommendation: know your "superpowers" and double down on them by finding a fit in an industry and role that engages your most natural talent and interests in a way that is challenging and stimulates growth. I call this "appropriate challenge" meaning that your growth and expansion are served by taking on missions that require you to step into a new version of yourself. If you stay true to your natural superpowers and interests, you will access an effortless passion and energy. it is no longer "work" but rather a deeply meaningful, satisfying drive. With this alignment, you will be able to access levels of success that might blow your mind.

Serving others by bringing everything I have to my coaching clients and mastermind members, has become the cornerstone of my purpose. The journey from being an entrepreneur with a vision to becoming a coach for fellow entrepreneurs has been nothing short of transformative. Each day, I have the high privilege of guiding bright, ambitious individuals who are eager to expand their horizons, embrace their full potential, and make a significant impact in their communities and beyond. i consider this to be a sacred trust that is placed in me by my clients. This is humbling

and deeply meaningful to get to play this role in my clients' lives.

To be chosen as a coach is an honor and I feel a mandate to always bring my "A Game" to them and to be committed myself to constant growth and expansion. I am on a continual mission to provide all the resources, specialized knowledge, creative energy, and singular focus and presence that I can access.

Recently, this has required keeping my finger on the pulse of the evolving possibilities that AI and ChatGPT present to all of us to evolve in ways previously unimaginable. The revolution is fully here and accelerating at light speed. Being fully informed in real time and implementing new tech solutions into my business provides me the ways that my clients and mastermind will need to be out in front in their own businesses.

My Ikigai lies in empowering others to discover theirs and uplifting them by seeing and reflecting back to them the brilliance and unlimited potential that they have in them. Witnessing the transformational journey of my clients, from uncertainty to clarity, from hesitation to action, fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. My guys amaze and inspire me everyday. Their journeys are testament to the power of defining one's purpose and diligently pursuing it.

In this journey, I've learned that achieving a next-level life requires a deep, unwavering commitment to self-discovery and a eagerness to serve others. It requires a high level of self love at the foundation.
