The IKI Spotlight: Digital Radar

Welcome to the Infosys Knowledge Institute monthly spotlight on major research themes. This month, we explore themes from Digital Radar 2023, our flagship report on the ascent of digital technologies. Discover how firms become agile, innovative, and customer centric.

Digital Radar 2023

Our survey of 2,700 respondents on their digital initiatives reveals that a live data fabric in core operations boosts innovation and digital experience. Live data – transparent, freely accessible and shared widely – fosters rapid product creation and experiment with latest technologies like generative AI. However, just 5% use live data at scale. Top firms in this study organize business around products, not processes for customer-paced progress and insights into macro challenges. We advocate a leadership tier skilled in responsible risk-taking. GE's comeback after a turbulent decade demonstrates the impact of instituting these three levers at scale. Explore and assess your company's performance against top performers in our study.
