But it was his role in project management at the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) that opened his eyes to the industry's forecasting and operational challenges.

“I saw firsthand how much valuable data was being overlooked—data that could predict customer retention, refine risk assessments, and improve decision-making,” Colby shared.
