IIEF and Mentor Inc. Collaboration Support the Aspirations of Students
The pandemic should no longer be a barrier for the Indonesian generation to pursue their education and career dreams. Cakrawala scholarship, an initiative from Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF), allows students from families working in the aviation industry to get educational assistance during the pandemic.?
Working together with IIEF, Mentor Inc. provides a four-month structured mentoring program focusing on self-development, career preparation, and social awareness.
The program will be delivered by experienced professionals and supported by our automated matchmaking engine, allowing the mentees to be assigned to the most relevant mentors in a fast and organized way. Using several data points collected from the participants, the matchmaking engine enables mentoring program administrators to match people according to their interests and background in a scalable way. Not only that, the progress of the initiative will then be measured by our proprietary analytic tool, offering insights and visibility to the implementation of the program.
On April 9, 2022, Mentor Inc. and IIEF conducted the inaugural session for 78 scholarship grantees who will be the mentees in the program.
