Part 3 of 7: Asking questions. Answering honestly. Aligning people.

In addition to the 7As and asking those relevant questions, there are a set of crucial questions to ask that will illuminate specific opportunities and challenges – and in turn align people on the truth. For each of the 7As, we summarize the qualitative/quantitative metrics that matter and take inventory the activities/initiatives/investments underway for A*:

  • What are the metrics that matter?Where have we been?Where are we today?Where are we trending?
  • What is the inventory/list of current activities/initiatives/investments already underway?

Next up, Part 4 will provide an overview of the SPARC framework, which ensures a holistic approach for igniting customer-led growth with clear priorities and intentional investment across the 7As customer journey.
