9 个月Indira B. to fear failure is to stagnate, or in many cases to go backward, where as, when you embrace your fear and take on the challenge, you learn, adapt and eventually overcome the challenge, allowing forward progress. When leading by example, your staff see you face and overcome the challenge so have confidence in your leadership. This often gives them the courage that they too maybe able to overcome the challenge and fear of failure.
