This experience shows the importance of strategic leadership in developing digital transformation for businesses.
Importance - Digital transformation is not an option but is necessary for modern businesses' competitiveness. The importance of digital transformation is evident due to the rapid pace of technological progress, the changing way of doing business, and the necessity to make companies’ operations more efficient. AS board members, we must champion digital initiatives, allocate resources, and hold the executive team accountable for progress. Moreover, we must encourage regular reviews of digital strategies to adapt to emerging trends and ensure sustained competitive advantage.
