Mindfulness becomes even more relevant and foundational in enhancing the quality of leadership presence. Further, it is crucial to see how incorporating mindfulness into leadership is changing the game regarding modern leaders regarding the level of impact and effectiveness.

Mindfulness complements our ability by increasing awareness of self and the environment to be more intentional and empathetic in our acts.
