1. Identify a Pivotal Moment

Questions to guide this step:

  • "Can you recall a time when you frequently fell ill or took longer to recover from an illness?"
  • "What was happening in your life during that period? How did your lifestyle contribute to it?"
  • "What did that experience teach you about the importance of caring for your immune system?"

Encourage the client to view this pivotal moment as a wake-up call to prioritize their health.


2. Get Into the Social Play

Guide the client to explore actions, build connections, and design habits to strengthen their immune system.

Action Steps for Social Play:

  • Explore for Visibility: Identify factors weakening the immune system and areas for improvement.Ask: "What aspects of your diet, exercise, or sleep could be impacting your immune health?"Example: "Could you track your eating habits or energy levels over the next week to identify patterns?"
  • Relate for Influence: Foster relationships and seek resources that support healthier habits.Ask: "Who in your life models a healthy lifestyle, and how can you learn from them?"Example: "Could you partner with a friend or family member to create and follow a fitness or meal plan together?"
  • Create for Inspiration: Develop a tailored plan for immune health through small, consistent changes.Ask: "What small adjustments to your routine would make the biggest impact on your health?"Example: "Could you add one serving of fruits or vegetables to each meal or commit to a 15-minute daily walk?"

Encourage the client to see immune health as a result of deliberate, sustainable choices.


3. Ignite the Superpower

Activate a superpower to empower the client to take action and sustain their commitment to strengthening their immune system.

  • Superpower: Drive to BE Free Empower the client to free themselves from habits and choices that compromise their health and embrace a life of vitality and wellness.

Steps to activate:

  1. Commit to nourishing the body and mind:Affirmation: “I deserve to feel strong, energized, and healthy.”Example: Replace processed snacks with nutrient-dense options or add a 5-minute stretch session to the morning routine.
  2. Let go of unhealthy patterns:Example: Gradually reduce sugary or processed foods, or replace late-night screen time with a calming bedtime routine.
  3. Celebrate small wins:Example: Acknowledge every effort, like drinking more water or sticking to a meal plan, to build momentum and confidence.

Questions to guide this step:

  • "What habit can you let go of that no longer serves your health goals?"
  • "What energizes you, and how can you add more of it to your daily life?"
  • "How will you celebrate your progress toward a healthier immune system?"
