IEEE R5 Houston Section in Partnership with NSBE PI SIG Webinar: Black History Month STEM Innovators in Healthcare & Wellness

During the month of February 2022 Black History Month (BHM) the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) R5 Houston Section has partner with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Process Improvement (PI) Special Interest Group (SIG) to present a two-part webinar series entitled STEM Innovators in Healthcare and Wellness, the series gives a better understanding on the impact of diversity in STEM related fields in Healthcare and Wellness.??

Each webinars series will be presented by an IEEE or NSBE Colleague. During which they will discuss some key innovators’ contributions to STEM in Healthcare and Wellness and their challenges to bring their work to life. K-12 students to Professionals are encouraged and welcomed to attend the series. Free SWAG to selected winners! and PDH offered to all attending participants attending for at least 45 mins of webinar.?
