IEC ANNUAL DAY 2022

Annual day is more than dates to show us survived another lap around the sun as well measure successes and promote the experience and leadership within the industry.

On 05 August 2022, IEC organized its 6th?annual day in an amazing location to ensure employee engagement in lavish resort all day surrounded by nature in perfect season.

Celebrations started by Kishore by?demonstrating John Seery's vision on IEC and its role for upcoming projects. Its excellent to see IEC journey growth from a Quality Centre of Excellence.

The day became victorious with the presence of special guest John Seery?who announced the gem awards for the second quarter and shared insights on the IEC to see it as an Independent Delivery Centre and had an interactive section about visit to India with IEC employees.?

Day became more special with some of our Employee's talent with some energetic dance moves, foot tapping songs as well the variety was added through comic skit by Kishore and team which acted as an add on to the event and evening filled with fun and frolic by team building activities.

The event also had a reward and recognition ceremony to recognize the performance excellence, honored employee’s working for the past 5 years with momentum as well appreciated IEC champions with prizes.

To fuel the event cocktail party was arranged on the?same night.
