We conducted extensive landscape research and user interviews, pinpointing areas for enhancement, particularly in accessibility and accommodating diverse financial management strategies.
Our strategic pivot focused on streamlining data gathering, fostering proactive financial thinking, and accommodating individual financial situations. We implemented significant changes, including an accessibility upgrade, enhanced onboarding, improved information hierarchy, and a refined progress indicator. These enhancements have substantially improved the user journey, increasing satisfaction and positioning IE Hub as a competitive, user-centric platform. This transformative journey highlights the power of commitment to user experience, benefiting both our business and users.

Our team had the privilege of attending the IRRV Annual Conference and Exhibition in collaboration with our partner, CDER Group . This event presented an invaluable opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange. Throughout the conference, we engaged in thought-provoking sessions, met industry pioneers, and delved deep into the future trends of revenue and benefits. FinTech Wales
The FinTech Wales event saw our very own Dylan Jones step into the limelight, participating in a compelling panel discussion centered around affordability. With leading figures from the financial technology sector, Dylan delved into the nuances of affordability, shedding light on its implications and the innovative solutions on the horizon. His insights, backed by IE Hub's experience in the domain, added a unique perspective to the conversation.
?? Customer Spotlight: Helen's Journey
Helen is a customer of IE Hub and she very gracefully shared her story. Struggling financially and grappling with ADHD, she turned to IE Hub.? Her words are truly inspiring and a testament to the impact that correct debt management and budgeting can have on a person.?
In her words, "It’s amazing how a simple form has helped me out and importantly has put me on the right track to moving back into credit. I feel like the future will be better for me now that I have taken control.”
