V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a?IDM Consultant for?our premier client in?Chicago,?Illinois?This is a?fulltime Direct hire position and is Hybrid in the Chicago area.

Education and Experience ????????

• 5+ years of experience in information security within the Identity and Access Management - Identity Governance and Administration Security domain.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Microfocus NetIQ Identity Manager & eDirectory, Sailpoint IdentityIQ (i.e. Software Installation & Upgrade, Process Automation, Form Customization, Analytics, and Reports, etc.)
• Experience with Role Mining, Design and Lifecycle Management
• Experience with gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• A university degree in Information or Technology Management or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ?

• Enterprise level experience including managing and successfully delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing strategic plans and managing an information security program.
• Industry recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. a plus
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Author and prioritize IAM-IGA Service/Team Backlogs.
• Perform and report on IAM-IGA Service metrics and SLA/KPI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities ?

• Collaborate with the appropriate Enterprise Security Service peers to adhere to the service transition timeline, SLA’s, and associated effort
• Candidate is responsible for execution of security functions as it relates to US Identity & Access Management
• Assist with creation of optimal engineering team structures to execute on security service initiatives.
• Leads delivery and implementation of IAM technologies
• Leads delivery, implementation, and administration of IAM-IGA technologies.
• Collaborate with others in the Identity and Security teams as well as with various project teams to establish standard operations, new capabilities, etc.
