In my opinion, businesses can apply technology to improve the transparency of the stock market in general. I know that the Government of Vietnam is trying to improve the quality of information disclosed by listed companies. Digital technologies such as 4G or 5G networks and online information sharing systems can make the stock market more reliable by allowing people to promptly receive the information they need. In addition, in my opinion, the vital thing is to attract investors to participate in the fast and stable trading system. This factor will be the solid backbone of Vietnam's stock market. In the near future, with the current trend, the number of transactions will increase very strongly, and we should be prepared to meet the investment demand.

From day one, we aimed to make Pinetree a full-fledged digital securities company for two main reasons. First, we believe it's time for digital technology to change how we all live and finance. By vigorously applying digital technology, we can provide investors with a much more convenient investment experience and improve their quality of life. Second, to survive on the Vietnamese stock market, we need something that sets us apart from other securities companies in the market. "No branches, no brokers, and only digital platforms" is one way for us to differentiate ourselves from others, and we've found it's worked.

By focusing on digital technology, we can offer several outstanding products and services such as a lifetime zero transaction fee policy, a fast and stable trading system, an easy-to-use AlphaTrading platform, and available and easily accessible market analysis information on Youtube and Tiktok channels. To bring more benefits to customers, we will try to develop more high-tech applications in the future.

We don't know exactly what will happen, but I expect more Vietnamese to benefit from the growth of the Vietnamese economy by holding their favorite stocks. I always say, one great joy of investing in stocks is letting some great people like Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk work for you. As more investors participate in the stock market, securities will become an asset class that many Vietnamese people can choose in their financial life. Along with that, digital technology will make it easier for investors to find information on their own than before and help them make the right investment decisions.

Furthermore, I predict that the majority of stock trading will soon be done on mobile devices. According to unofficial data, last year, 50% of the total transaction value of individual investors in Korea was conducted using mobile platforms. This figure of Pinetree is currently about 45%, which is quite impressive compared to other securities companies on the Vietnamese stock market, and I firmly believe that this ratio of Pinetree will be close to Korea's ratio. Even when looking for investment information, investors also use mobile phones a lot.

I believe that the securities transaction fee is not because the securities company provides high-value services to customers, but because, according to regulations, only the securities company is the intermediary to help customers access the market. People may have different opinions, but in the coming digital era, transaction fees will disappear quickly thanks to the benefits of digital technology. With a lifetime zero transaction fee policy in place, most of our revenue now comes from the margin business, and I hope we can have another revenue source by adding added new products and services such as an online bond investment platform and portfolio investment. Furthermore, as a securities company, we have other business areas such as investment banking, proprietary trading. I also hope we can diversify our revenue streams by investing in those businesses.

While we haven't invested too much in marketing over the past two years, we have achieved some impressive business results. That is thanks to attractive policies that directly optimize profits for investors, such as applying a lifetime fee of 0% and a fixed margin of 9%/year. I can share a few of Pinetree's impressive business metrics. Since the end of last year, our margin balance has nearly quadrupled. Or like the total number of new accounts opened at Pinetree this year is 5 times higher than in 2020, and the average transaction value this year has increased by the same rate. I hope we can achieve even more in the coming years by launching another app for our customers and ramping up our marketing.
