Identity on Autopilot

Identity on Autopilot

Do you have breakfast when you’re hungry, or is it just slotted for the most convenient time for everyone else’s schedule? Do you like what you eat? If you lived alone, would you pick that cereal, that brand of coffee, that juice?

Chances are, you wouldn’t. “But everyone else likes it, so no big deal.”

1000 small deals later, you’ve grown resentful that you’re living on autopilot by the selections of others. Or worse – you’ve become so accustomed to disregarding your preferences that you’ve forgotten how to want, creating further separation between you and your identity.

This week, I’m here to remind you of who you are, and reunite you with your identity by using two simple concepts.

We’re going to swap the “find yourself” mumbo jumbo for a couple of fast-acting, location-proof, pandemic-proof, and mistake-proof solutions. Patience not required.

In EP 189: Identity on Autopilot

  • A martyr no more
  • Debunking the lost identity myth
  • Making room through delegation
  • That first date magic
  • Finding your voice

Listen now and bypass the melodramatic search-and-rescue squad.
