IDEAS ARE A DIME A DOZEN, BUT THOSE WHO CAN IMPLEMENT THEM ARE PRICELESS!

The passage, ‘If it is leadership, let him govern diligently’ (Romans 12:8), reminds those who believe they have the gift of ‘leadership’, but are unable to get others to follow them that, many talented people fail to become effective leaders because they’re more interested in themselves than in those they lead. So let the knowledge that:  ideas are a dime a dozen, but those who can implement them are priceless; 2) There are people who knock the heart out of us, and those who help put it back in; and 3) Those with the gift of leadership know to sandwich every slice of criticism between two layers of praise; teach you to be the kind of leader who aspires others!FG.
