There is no greater feeling in the world than losing yourself in the service of others; because it is in the service of others where you find purpose and meaning. Idealliance, has transformed into something so globally unique. The unique work that we not only do, but the work that we have done that has transformed the industry, from standards development to establishing ourselves as the largest certifying body in the world and the foremost contributor to ISO standards in the world, and into such a globally unique industry think-tank. Often people know Idealliance without perhaps knowing Idealliance, but they use our work every day: GRACoL?, SWOP?, G7?, BrandQ?, SCTV (ISO 20654), IT8.7/4, ISO/PAS 15339, ISO/TS 10128, PRISM?, Mail.dat?, Mail.XML?, papiNET?, and countless other works born out of Idealliance.

Over the past two years, we started developing a deeply thought out global plan, setting targets, and strategically determining where we could best serve the world. Our strategy has not waivered, which is “build a bridge across the world” and seeking out those yearning for innovation and education. Our drive to reach out and touch the world and help organizations transform through knowledge, no matter the size or the location, is our mission. Our footprint literally crosses the world, and this was done with great intention. Finding the right partners in the countries where Idealliance exist has been an incredibly journey. We sought out people that shared similar values, passion, ethics, integrity, technical aptitude, and a servant leadership mindset. We certainly found that in every single corner of the globe where Idealliance has offices, which now totals (12).

Today, the world around us and the industry which we serve is changing rapidly. We are in the 4th Industrial Revolution. We recognize that one of the biggest challenges our customers and industry face is skills transfer in line with current and future technologies. This adds to the burden of some organizations ability to make well informed decisions and reach the full potential of their technology investments. On top of this, the ability to maximize capital investment by having incredible color management, process control and standards expertise is essential. If you link technology to the mindset of a brand and a print buyer, you need to draw a line of tremendous consistency both in production of product and in communication of what is expected and what is being inspected and you must have the certifications to back it up. Within Idealliance, around the world, this is every day conversation, internally and externally. In the business of serving others, there are no office hours, it is just constant flow around the world.

Through our professional friendship and partnerships throughout the global industry, we connect with the world, first hand, by meeting people face-to-face, listening to their business needs, being present, and taking what they yearn for, desire, or what keeps them up at night in the business and marry that up with what we know, learn, and through our global collaboration- we build programs that can help build transformative and sustainable business, fill gaps, close gaps, and more importantly help industries literally leap extensively forward with specifications and standards. We serve every facet of the supply chain in print, packaging, publishing and post/delivery-from massive companies and brands to SMEs. The eco-system that makes up the industries we serve is very diverse and our goal is to serve the world through extraordinarily relevant, tangible, deep, education-certifications-specifications and standards that connects to everyone and especially closing the gap globally by mentoring the brilliant young minds of the new generations entering our industry with the incredible knowledge of a diversely aged workforce through knowledge sharing, scholarships, mentoring, education, and driving innovation through a belief and service mindset that everyone has a seat at our table.

Idealliance has global offices in such strategic markets with brilliant leadership and teams in place helping us build this bridge across the world. We have truly amazing people around the world and when you look at the work we do, our standards initiatives, programmatic development, it all comes from the heartbeat of Idealliance around the world. We are present, we are listening, we are local and we are here to serve. What these offices do not only in their regions, but collectively as a whole, moves the industry.
