The ideal work-life balance?

1. Accept there is no ‘perfect' way of maintaining a balance:
What may seem right for a colleague of yours might not be entirely suited to you. We all have our own responsibilities and it’s critical for us to identify what works best for us individually. Remember, there’s no rule of thumb that works for all.
2. Setting Boundaries & Goals:
They say having a vision and a mission when it comes to work gives true meaning to the organization. Why not also try and set goals of going back home on time to spend time with your loved ones? Try it out!
3. Efficiency leads to proficiency:
There is no substitute for hard work, they say. Sure, I agree, but also being smart on how you operate during your work hours will perhaps help you make it to that movie night you’ve promised your wife :)
4. The power of exercise:
Believe it or not, if you’ve got a habit of moving up and around throughout the day and working out, it not only helps you to be in good shape but also improves mental health and brain functioning capacity helping you make bolder decisions when required.?
5. Take a break:
I’m a strong believer in hustling and being disciplined with the hunger for success and growth but know where to pause and take a break. If the time feels right, go on that much-needed vacation or just catch up on the lost sleep and relax. After all, even Tesla’s need to recharge their batteries ;)?
“The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities”.
