A Huge Fatberg Caused A Sewage Leak In Truro

A large ‘fatberg' has been discovered to be the cause of a sewage leak in Truro. Every year 8,500 sewers blocked by fats, oils and food are worked on across Devon and Cornwall. A tweet from the Environment Agency stated: “Environment Officer finds out from South West Water that sewer manhole surcharging incident in Truro is caused by a fatberg. "Well done SWW for getting it removed.
