An idea worth loosing sleep over

"Look at me, look at us.. look at how this all looks. You can assure your self that its all fine but can still feel the heat hiding behind that lie. We were not meant to be here, we were supposed to be the star of startup world”. As hilarious as this thought is, it still might be the only thing giving hope to the young students ready to dive in their “own thang”.

All these glamorous hot shot picking up millions of dollars of investment make it look like a walk on the beach.. which its not, has become the new career goals of middle class parents for their children. And all those who are studying their eyes out to be IAS, IFS and other Grade I officers, chill the fuck out..its not hot anymore.

GUYS ABORT!.. I repeat "abort the mission' its an uphill track with no hydration and scarce oxygen, I am speaking from experience. Such a wise old hog I have become :D.

Well long story short, it took us 3 years to be able to see the right direction first of all and those 3 years were like a long dark night with no Dark Knight to save us. And , if you think thats tough.. you should visit us today when we are a profitable and well funded start up and you will see that nothing has changed in our manner of working. It has just gone really intense and causing a larger team to lose its sleep.

However, I am not complaining, its our way of life now and it gives us immense rush to stare at our computer screen pressing keys making combinations waiting for an epiphany to happen. Today of all the days is the 4th day of our sleepless development spree and it feels like whatever will come out of this is all we needed in our life to be happy, to be content. :D… but then maybe I ll sleep for 36 hours straight. And, for now I am stuck in a "Tuccha" design problem. Meanwhile, our super talented team of young programmers and developers are treating it like a secret hostel party and I feel too old to be up and chirpy all night.

You will be surprise how many times you come at this same stage in your start up tenure and its addictive... more than love, more than cigarettes. This is where you need to feel fulfilled, else its just beating around the bushes. We are here 5th or 6th time now in our journey and this always made the next few months worth fighting for. The months where most of us die young.
