Idea : National Property Exchange similar to Stock Exchange

The idea is to enable people to own small units of high return property parcels. One Property Unit (PU) would be defined as a land area of 10 square feet. Just like shares or mutual fund units, general public can buy single or multiple units of Property Units. 

This would allow middle class income families to participate in buying small units of land. Hence, they would benefit from price rises which are frequent in hot properties. It would additionally provide avenues for more money rotation rather than money getting stuck in savings account. It would provide source of money to property developers who can get money without taking a bank loan for property development.
