2 个月Very important article, Brunello Gianella, about misalignment of core values and motivators leading to a consequent burnout and fatigue condition. I have seen it in clients and also personally. Its possible to come back to a life fully lived. But its better to see the warning posts early on and prevent going down that route in the first place.
