The Ivy League Asks NLRB to Review and Reverse Dartmouth Union Decison
The Ivy League submitted a request to the National Labor Relations Board to review and reverse a regional NLRB director's decision that deemed Dartmouth men's basketball players as employees, enabling the team to hold a vote to join a union.
"The Ivy League asserts the employment of Dartmouth basketball players would undermine the conference’s academic goals and open the door for “students who participate in club sports, play in a school band or participate in any other of many college extracurricular activities” to also seek employment status."
?? Do you think the NLRB will uphold the regional director's decision?
Team Attack Cancer Announces Partnership with The Players NIL
We are excited to partner with the HEADStrong Foundation and the members of the Team Attack Cancer squad ahead of the Lake Placid Summit Classic this August.
Each member of Team Attack Cancer has signed on to raise a specific amount of money for the HEADStrong foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) that provides resources and support for families affected by cancer.
We will provide online and in-person coaching to help each member achieve their influencer marketing and fundraising goals.
