Our Recent Work in Kosovo and Bulgaria
At Capacity Building International, we’ve been busy recently working in support of US international programs focused on building institutional capacity in the fields of emergency and disaster management, resilience, and security. There have been a number of events in the last few months, but one of the best was the opportunity to get back to the NATO Crisis Management and Disaster Response Center of Excellence in Sofia, Bulgaria. We’ve been fortunate to have a long-time partnership with the COE, going on nearly 10 years, and it’s always great to return and continue the support. During this event, we focused on NATO’s view of Resilience, the Resilience Baselines, and planning for future events to assess resilience at various national levels for some members of the Alliance.
