Our training administration team is dedicated to monitoring the learner experience, not only during and after our courses but also when learners return to the workplace and apply what they have learned. This ongoing assessment ensures that our training delivers lasting impact and meets the evolving needs of professionals.
A key metric for us is driving up our evaluation scores, with particular focus on our Net Promoter Score (NPS)—the measure of whether learners would recommend ICPS training to a friend or colleague. ICPS courses consistently achieve NPS ratings of +90, significantly exceeding the threshold for "Excellent" and reinforcing our reputation for delivering outstanding training experiences.

To complement the ICPS portfolio of synchronous learning, the last couple of years have seen significant development of asynchronous learning, with a library of contemporary eLearning.
This extensive eLearning library is available as a standalone resource or can be mapped to in-person delivery and competencies, providing flexible learning that can be accessed anytime, anywhere from any PC or device. Additionally, it brings scalability to training delivery.
