Dear Client and Graduates

We are offering our Graduate Referrals absolutely free of charge to contractors and consultancies this December to support our chosen Charity SENSE and our local hospital over Christmas.

We will be offering GRADUATE REFERRALS within the Civil/Geotechnical and Environmental field FREE for the month of December to our clients – All we ask from clients that wish to participate is that they make a kind donation of ￡350 per graduate they place through us, this goes directly towards two local charities we support just in time for Christmas.

We will send a short list according to your criteria, and put them through the normal interview process.

We know how demoralising it is for our graduates going through assessment days via agency for roles which they are either not suitable for or are overlooked on as 50 candidates compete for one position, this scheme is to help our graduates avoid this type of process and be put forward for roles to which they are wholly suitable for clients who they will be a good culture fit for.

Our scheme in the past has proved to be incredibly successful as it helps many bright grads find work in their chosen field with the support required but also it is huge cost saver to companies who otherwise may have to pay very large recruitment fee rates to an agency for fresh talent, which we can provide for you just for a fraction of that, a donation for a good cause! 

CV’s sent are for your interest only. We do not and will not send out CV’s without consent from any of the graduates submitted. A donation of ￡350 per candidate placed through us will go towards our chosen charities. This year we intend to donate to “The little Brown Dog Rescue” in North Wales and “Y Hafal” who support children in our area with mental illness, WE can all do our bit for CHARITY this Christmas with an added bonus of helping all our Graduates and hopefully supporting our clients keep to their budgets.
