Iconic Bray Head Hotel Transforms into 49-unit Residential Development

The historic Bray Head Hotel, a protected structure on Strand Road along Bray Seafront, is undergoing a substantial transformation into a new residential development known as Fontenoy Place. This project, which received planning permission in 2019, is now on the market, offering 49 high-end apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.

Fontenoy Place comprises a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, some boasting scenic sea views. The development has units finished to the highest standards, and it is equipped with modern appliances. Beyond the residential spaces, the scheme features internal communal areas, including a courtyard, a restaurant and a café on the ground floor.
