ICIP-ICIP KAMPUNGKU BERSAMA EASTIN

Continuing where we left off, our all-time popular Icip-icip Kampungku buffet dinner at Swez Brasserie is finally back in action. Enjoy throughout the month of Ramadan with our festive treats and room packages.

Led by Chef Dennie and his team, we will be serving more than 100 dishes on the buffet including traditional Malaysian cuisine plus 15 action stalls to entice your appetite. “Once again, we bring back our signature Traditional Roasted Lamb stuffed with Arab Rice, Gear Box Soup, Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai and Rendang Brisket and Papaya Salad,” said Chef Dennie. “The Gear Box” is a flavourful soup that is slow-cooked for five hours to ensure everyone enjoys the tender and juicy beef with its huge bone. The soup is thick and anyone who tries it will enjoy it until the last sip,” he continues.

Another highlight is the Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai. “The rice is cooked with fresh coconut milk and steamed while wrapped with lotus leaves. The nasi lemak is served with Ayam Goreng Berempah, cooked using sous-vide technique to ensure its juiciness,” said Chef Dennie.

Apart from the signatures, the buffet spread also features the local favourites such as Rendang Ayam Kampung, Ikan Bakar Stuffed Cencaru Fish with Chili Paste, Pucuk Ubi Lemak Kuning dan Tempoyak, Laksa Utara, Ketam Goreng Bercili, Burung Puyuh Berempah, and more.

The Masakan Kawah stall features Gulai Telur Ikan, Masak Lemak Siput Sedut, Rendang Daging Tetel, Kari Kepala Ikan and Gulai Tunjang. Also, be on the lookout for varieties of Kerabu, Serunding and Lemang at the Kerabu station.

An array of desserts for those with a sweet tooth includes Pandan Jackfruit Mousse Cake, Chocolate Walnut Mud Cake, Cheesy Coconut Chocolate Banana Apam Balik, Pengat Nangka Madu Bersago, Kurma, Dodol and more.

Icip-icip Kampungku buffet dinner is available daily from 6 April - 30 April 2022, 6.30pm - 10.30pm. The buffet spread is priced RM165+ for adults and RM82.50+ for children below 12 years old.
