Mentoring and Coaching are difference by a key component called "Questioning".The purpose of asking questions by coach is to support client/coachee explore his/her own thought process because it is believed that client/coachee is self-sufficient to find their answers however quality of questions determine the effective of questions !

So Coaches, Where does your questions point? Here is a small exercise for your to enhance the quality of your questions! Game?
Write down three questions that you frequently ask in your coaching sessions and check with people around you to know how do they view those questions with respect to the Gallway’s equation !
