Iceberg of Personalization

As an adept of personalization want to share my knowledge regarding Email Campaigns. I want to add that it's hard work but still with lots of benefits and adventures. No doubt creating each email we are educating ourselves every day! (just analyzing everything)

Let's start off the top of the iceberg... and categorize the most common (but still needed) personalization.

Personalization based on:

- Experience of the person you are reaching out to (it could be a reasonable note about years of experience in this field )

- Personal/Company's achievements

- Titles or Skills that might be needed in using/understanding your product/service (I called this Involved / Engaged / Proficient / Responsible approach)

- Actual news/moments that have happened just now (let's catch them on the spot!) Event attendance, closed deal notification, post, a celebration of anything valuable for your prospect, etc.

- Deep understanding of prospect's Industry 

- Your Creative ideas


Here is an example of email personalization for the Delivery Company that is launching a new service:

 "Drone deliveries are coming! I can't wait (as I need to send a giant cactus to my grandma)!" Let's get in touch to discuss how we can help find more customers for drone delivery launch even today."

So, all we need it's learn more about the person we are reaching out to.

1 Understand business

2 Tackle straights and weaknesses

3 Analize needs 

4 Use a bit of humor
