ICC 2023 Recap: An Elevated Experience
This was an especially epICC year for us at the Inductive Automation Ignition Community Conference, also known as ICC. It was our second time joining the event as exhibitors, and this year's conference happened shortly after the launch of Inductive Automation’s new Alliance Partner Program; a program we are proud to be a part of.?
Three members of our Sales and Business Development Team joined the Ignition community on the west coast for three days of insightful conversations, impressive speakers, and a ton of innovative use cases to explore with our customers, partners, and new friends. The theme this year was Elevate.??
Folks that stopped by the OnLogic table, were presented with a wide range of systems to get their hands on - and of course some solid giveaways. We brought along our newest rackmount edge server, the Axial AC101, as well as the Factor 201, the Helix 500, and all of the systems showcased in our partner demo, simulating a SCADA application on a factory line.?
Travis Cox , Chief Technology Evangelist at Inductive Automation, stopped by on Monday morning to do a walk through of the demo with our Business Development Lead, Amber Cobb . It is a great example of OnLogic hardware and Inductive Automation software working together for that full edge to cloud picture. According to Travis, there are three things he likes most about OnLogic computers: “Reliability, options, and they simply work!” Check out Travis’ walkthrough of the demo, here:

Another highlight of the week was seeing our partners from 红帽 ! Also there as exhibitors, we collaborated on a demo at their booth, together with Guise.AI. Visitors had the opportunity to preview a wind turbine energy forecasting demo run on Guise EdgeOps, the scalable AI platform powered by Red Hat. This was all accelerated by our fully Red Hat certified Helix 401 fanless industrial computer featuring Intel 12th Gen processors.?
We left ICC feeling energized and equipped with new knowledge and relationships. If you are interested in learning more about what happened throughout the conference, check out this great recap from the organizers themselves.?
The team at Inductive Automation has been running a great campaign this year, asking customers and partners: #whattheheckisIgnition? While we have previously answered the question, we would like to return to it. After experiencing ICC Elevate, we’ve got something to add. Yes, Ignition paired with OnLogic hardware is a partnership that creates solutions for energy, building automation, manufacturing, and more. (That was our previous response). But there’s more! Ignition is Community. We really felt it again at this event and it was an empowering way to enter into this new stage of our partnership.?
Thank you to our partners for another incredible experience. We are already looking forward to next year - and are trying to guess what the theme will be!?
