2.     IBM and Red Hat

IBM acquires Red Hat, an open source, enterprise software maker to unlock the true value of hybrid cloud by combining the power and flexibilities of Red Hat’s hybrid cloud technologies with the scale of IBM’s innovation and expertise.

3.     Krungsri, AI - Manow

Krungsri Bank launches the AI to support the traditional ways of call center so called “Manow”. This AI will response to client in various areas of questions. Not only this AI will learn the keys questions and answer but also to improve customer experience by learning the tone and mood of the customers.
