As part of the program, any partner that achieves “Platinum” will have an open door to the IBM Customer Success Premier Program.?

The IBM Customer Success Premier Program is an unprecedented opportunity for partners to take advantage of technical and Customer Success resources to build a culture of consumption with IBM Technology and partner solutions.?

Our IBM Partner Plus Platinum Partners have access to 5 Customer Success benefits from IBM:


  • Customer Success Practice material: This is a digital learning subscription focused on the practice of Customer Success offered through?Gainsight’s Pulse+.?There are learning topics such as Empowering the Sales Org through CS, Focusing on the Customer Objectives, Not Yours, and more.??CSM Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications are available.??Your CSM will walk away with swagger on a whole new level after this training!?
  • Customer Success Platform: Our partners will get access to?Gainsight?to collaborate directly with their IBM CSM on customer deployments. Together, we can create growth plans, retention plans, manage client risk, get visibility to IBM Support Tickets, and understand consumption data for instrumented offerings.?
  • Customer Success Partner Funding: We understand that you may need help getting the funding you need to get your Customer Success practice started. Our CSM Partner Funding will help!??This is fixed funding for a business partner CSM based on the partners’ geographic location that may be claimed up to 4 times at 6-month intervals.?
  • IBM CSM: You will have access to IBM CSM Architects to support your customers’ deployment and adoption of IBM Technology. This benefit is based on products CSMs cover.?
  • CS Playbooks and Assets: You will access the same playbooks the IBM CSMs use with their clients to drive deployment, modernization, and adoption.?
