Iberê Foundation reopens with two art exhibitions

Museums and cultural institutions worldwide were heavily affected due Covid-19 restrictions.

In order to raise money for maintenance and to promote future projects a virtual auction was promoted by Funda??o Iberê (Iberê Foundation) on 09-10 Sep. The auction was a big success and made possible raise the amount of BRL 820K.

NBSO Porto Alegre praises the great and relevant work of Mrs. Ingrid de Kroes, Institute Director, who made the auction possible, together with Mr. Emílio Kalil, Superintendent Director. Mrs. Kroes is also the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Iberê Foundation is a cultural institution and museum located in Porto Alegre (RS), Brazil. It is dedicated to preserving and promoting the work of Brazilian painter Iberê Camargo and promoting art exhibitions.

Cultural activities will be reopened on 19.09.2020 with two art exhibitions: “O Fio de Ariadne” and “Iberê Camargo - Tudo Vem do Nosso Pátio”
