*IBEJULEKKI* has often been referred to as by experts as *The New Frontiers of Africa's Commercial Enterprise*. Upon hearing this, three pertinent questions come to heart

The *Dangote Refinery* that is billed to commence operations in December 2019. It is expected to cost $10 Billion, and the refinery will be the largest in Africa, producing over 650,000 barrels of oil a day. This figure when achieved will be sufficient for Nigeria's domestic oil needs and still have enough for export. 


The implications is that the refinery alone has the capacity to attract nearly *75% of commercial activities in the down stream oil sector of the Nigerian economy, drastically cutting down importation if not stopping it completely.*
