The 11th Annual IAVA Heroes Gala will be another exciting evening of patriotism and inspiration, occurring right before the 242nd birthday of the United States Marine Corps and Veterans Day 2017. As the premier veterans support event of the year and the cornerstone of a historic Veterans Week in New York, the Heroes Gala is also IAVA’s single largest fundraiser and sustains our critical, best-in-class programs all year long.

This year, IAVA launched the groundbreaking She Who Borne the Battle Campaign to recognize and support our nation’s women veterans. With the proposed Deborah Sampson Act, IAVA envisions a future where women vets are considered just as readily as men.
